Public professional information

Doctor profiles contain professional details from linked public sources. Source retrieval dates describe when the source was checked; they do not confirm current licensure, practice, availability or ownership.

Corrections and profile claims

Correction, profile claim and administrator links open our existing secure review service. Sign-in and private requests are handled there. The public directory displays only approved professional information.

When you submit a request, we store your signed-in account identifier and email, name, relationship to the doctor, proposed professional details, evidence link, explanation, and submission and review dates. These records are available to the designated reviewer. Your submission contact details and private notes are not included in the public profile.

Approved professional details and their public evidence link may appear on the directory. Claims require review through an official clinic channel. A submitted claim does not grant editing rights.

Your information

Do not submit medical records, symptoms, patient details, identity documents or passwords. To request removal or correction of a previous submission, use the correction form for the same doctor and include the request reference. The reviewer can arrange removal of the private submission record. Review records are retained until the directory operator removes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule.

Browser storage

The directory uses session storage to remember filters when returning from a profile. Hosted sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. Links to hospital websites and maps open external services with their own privacy practices.
